3D prototypes will allow you to review your extrusion design, check form fit and function of assemblies, possibly saving thousands of dollars and valuable time when designing new products, or modifications.

Within days, profiles can be in your hands. Samples are made from 100% recyclable plastic and, based on our in-house testing, are within less than 0.005” of nominal drawing dimensions. Prototypes for matching end caps and other non-extrusion parts can also be produced, providing you with a complete, sample assembly prior to full extrusion production.
