There
is often a lot of pressure put on timelines for new extrusion
delivery. That was the case for this Customer.
Working diligently to keep first trial successes high
reduces lead time to our Customers for new profiles. Our
policy is to extrude new dies within 48 hours of die delivery.
Ensuring accurate, quality extrusions the first time the
tooling goes to press gets new material in our Customers’
hands asap. |

A long time

had a rush requirement for additional material.
We were able to pack and deliver material to our Customer
within 24 hours of the initial request.

“Theresa
Clark (and Julie Spence) has worked with me like no other
vendor's sales person. … (I get) feedback very fast
and the product comes out fast, accurate and really nicely
packaged. She has followed my orders from concept to my
dock, saving lots of time. The sleeving is really a nice
touch too.
I found Almag while searching the web for someone who
could shoot a really difficult semi-closed extrusion a
few years back. Lots of people turned it down and even
Almag blew a die in the first try but second time around
it was perfect, and has been ever since. You have at least
4 extrusions for me by now and a few others for our Production
Department, and everyone is VERY happy.”

Don

Almag has
developed a reputation for producing difficult profiles
and extrusions with tight tolerances. Taking the time
to find the best solution for our Customers’ needs
has helped build that reputation.
Our Customer had a very difficult semi-hollow section.
Through planning and discussion between departments at
Almag, and with our Suppliers, we were able to determine
the best approach. By evaluating initial production runs,
we were able to provide our Customer with the desired
product.
For all degrees of extrusion difficulty, Almag is up to
the challenge – “Whatever it Takes!”.

Dear Bob.
I am proud to say that we have established strong and productive
relationships between our companies. Without extruders like
“Almag” we would not be able to grow and improve
ourselves. Your sophisticated product pushes our limits and
keeps our mind searching for new ideas and new ways to build
dies. We are very grateful to work with “Almag”
whose amazing team takes all the risk and does “the
impossible” on daily basis.
“Almag” has its vision and does not hesitate to
make it a reality. We do not fool ourselves and know that
your progress and success are entirely your credits for hard
and challenging work each employee performs every day. Of
course, we appreciate very much that you acknowledge our small
contribution to it. I believe that everything is possible
if we continue to work hand to hand together.
